The home was built in the 1930's by a Japanese doctor here in Hilo. Located at the top of Halai Hill in Hilo, this home features stunning, panoramic views of Downtown Hilo Bay. The beauiful zen garden includes 3 huge table top stones which were hand picked by the original owner. Weighing in at a few tons, these colossal stones had to set into the garden with cranes where you will still find them today.
